You will be involved in running a team, working on new build Education projects in the Greater London region. The projects will be in the range of £20-30m.
The Candidate
Must Haves:
The ideal candidate must posses the following:
From a stable career background
Have an all-round background in building construction
Worked on projects upwards of £30m
Profit and loss responsibility
New Build experience
Preferable:
Worked in the education sector previously
