We are the Banking & Investment division of a major UK recruitment group and are a market leader in specialist temporary and permanent recruitment. We specialise in retail, business, commercial & corporate banking and investment management and are based in 14 locations across the UK. We typically recruit back and middle office with positions including Fund accounting, Settlements and Risk and Compliance.
We are currently recruiting for two graduate trainee recruitment consultants (or equivalent) to come on board in our Edinburgh office to manage a combination of business development and account management. Your role will include (but not be limited to):
· Developing new and existing business opportunities.
· Growing your client base.
· Managing and developing a diverse candidate portfolio.
· Creating a pipeline of quality banking professionals interested in moving within the FS market place.
With the provision of a detailed and thorough sales training course, which will encompass both ‘in the classroom’ and ‘on the job’ training, you can expect to take home in the region of £24k in your first year. Your earnings will be partly basic salary and partly commission based. Commission is totally uncapped.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate (or equivalent) who has ideally gained some basic sales experience. You will ideally be accustomed to working in a target driven and time sensitive environment and will be hungry to succeed.
