Provide a pro-active service to all customers across a Data, ISP and Voice product portfolio, and to trouble shoot any faults they might have.
Maximise Customer Satisfaction.
Comply with Service Levels as set by management.
Adhere to Key Performance Indicators as set by management.

To respond effectively to incoming communications.
To possess the aptitude for using and utilising multiple databases to respond effectively to customer requirements.
Identify and match products across diverse product portfolio to meet individual requirements.
Escalation of customer reported complaints to Management.
Support the delivery of Group policy decisions.
Sustain continuous improvement initiatives. To ensure performance standards and service levels are maintained or exceeded in response to fault handling.
To understand and deliver service in accordance to internal processes.
To assist in the development of new personnel.
To liase professionally and effectively across the company in order to fulfil customer requirements. To provide outsourced Calling Card Customer Service, supporting multiple campaigns and propositions.
Manage escalations
Provide on-going support to Channel Partners.
Provision of Non Geographic services.
Liaison with Other Licensed Operators for the provision and amendment of Non Geographic number ranges.
Respond effectively to all customer correspondence via a manifold of communication channels.
