Service Desk Administrator 18,500 Pa

YOu will be working on a busy service desk which is the central point of contact for customers who require assistance with faults, product information and arranging service call outs.

You will be responsible for

Inputting engineer data onto the Great Plains system and monitoring this data from the Field Service Reports.
Assisting with managing the allocation of calls to engineers to ensure jobs are attended within the agreed response time.
Taking spares orders and following through to completion and keeping the customer informed at all times.
Assisting with efficient and tidy filing systems.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills;

Excellent customer service skills ideally gained in a service or help desk role.
Have excellent communication skills in the English language.
An ability to absorb and understand technical information.
Be Computer literate on Microsoft Office.
Strong customer service skills.
Team focused
Ability to work under pressure.
Be a self starter.

This position is due to start at the end of March and will be offered on a permanent basis.
