An exciting new brand has been set-up in the City of London: Hays City has been formed to act as a "One Hays" solution with the ability to supply cross-branded recruitment solutions to all financial services companies (including investment banks, retail banks, investment managers) in Central London. The business is already in great shape with a highly experienced team - over the next twelve months this will grow to a 200 strong team based from premium offices next to Moorgate station.
Instrumental to our growth plans is a requirement to strengthen our permanent Investment Management division by adding a Senior Consultant or Business Manager to the team to target the senior end of the market.
Typical vacancies you will recruit for will be Fund Managers, Portfolio / Product Managers and other senior management roles with salary levels c. £80k+. Your role will be a combination of account management (for clients such as BlackRock, AllianceBernstein and Goldman Sachs) and new business development (targeting clients such as Jupiter, New Star and Russell Investment Group).
The ideal candidate will have substantial recruitment experience gained ideally, although not essentially, from recruiting within the investment management sector. Alternatively, you will come from within the sector but will be looking to use your skills in a more challenging and rewarding way. You will be detailed, thorough and will have excellent communication skills.
Approx £40,000-50,000 OTE
