We are currently looking to recruit an experienced dynamic person who can work on their own initiative. We are an estate agency based in surrey quays who cover Bermondsey,London bridge, Blackheath, Deptford, Greenwich and Borough and are looking to expand into other areas and establish ourselves within the market and require Sales and Lettings negotiators. The correct applicant will have the opportunity to progress rapidly within the company to a managerial position and help the company to progress. There will be a three month probation period after which a full contract will be offered and company benefits.
Requirements;
The successful applicant must have 1 to 2 years agency experience. Be experienced in securing new stock both sales and lettings and some conveyancing. Other duties will involve viewings, valuations, photography, website and portal updating, property management,general administration work, marketing and some customer service.
The ideal candidate will be working in another agency but is tired of slow progression and competition for commission. A clean valid driving license is required and local knowledge of the surrounding area.
We offer a basic of between £10,000 and £12,000 plus 10% commission and car allowance. Other bonus benefits include company health plan and pension after a given time period. If the successful applicant is able to prove themselves and performs well we will of course review the given salary.
