You will help to run the internet retail operation, whose website is:

Must have good arithmetic, verbal and written skills.
Must be confident on the phone and be familiar with basic IT (i.e., email, Microsoft products and the internet).
Duties will be to respond to emails, handling customer queries over the telephone and other duties to help with the smooth operation of the business.
20 hours a week (4 hours a day)
Monday to Friday: 10.30am to 2.30pm (however, timings can be flexible)
Gross Salary: £9,500 per annum
This may lead to a full time position if so wanted by the both parties.
