As a property consultant at Davis & Gibbs you'll be involved with some or all of the following for sales or lettings:-
• Valuing property for landlords and sellers (vendors)
• Negotiating price offers between tenants and landlords
• Compiling property descriptions to load to our website
• Showing/viewing property with potential buyers or tenants
• Answering general queries from landlords, tenants and buyers
• Marketing activity to procure property valuations and instructions
• Responding to leads from our website registration and telephone
• Taking on new instructions and communicating our terms of business
A 'can do' attitude is all it takes to join us - then lots of hard work
Property Consultants need to have a full driving license. After that whether you're a university graduate, school leaver, sales person or administrator the qualification we value is a 'can do' attitude.

Experience is preferred but not necessarily essential if you are the right applicant. However you MUST live in the local area i.e. South West London and you MUST be completely fluent in both written and spoken English.
