A well known company are looking for a recruitment executive who can proactively source & recruit applicants from the outsourcing / call centre industry. They will then need to foster ongoing relationships with these applicants until the recruitment need arises within the company.
You will need to have call centre experience (telesales), excellent communication, ability to develop business relationships, as well as experience in the recruitment sector.
