Recruitment Consultants will ideally have a minimum of 12 months previous IT recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record to date. Candidates from a non-IT recruitment related background will be considered too, however, must possess and show the qualities needed to make the cross-training transition and have a minimum of 18 months CONTINUOUS experience.
Team Leaders will come from an IT recruitment background (contingency or search) and have a minimum of 3 years previous experience. Ideally you will have previous hands on experience of managing a delivery team whilst maintaining and developing your own personal business. Senior Consultants with a strong pedigree will be considered for these roles too as long as you are able to demonstrate all of the key attributes needed to succeed.
Being a very driven a dynamic organisation, our client is seeking hungry individuals with 'fire in their belly' and a can do/will do attitude. They are able to offer excellent training, both internal and external and have exciting things to offer.
SALARIES FOR CONSULTANTS: £22,000 - £26,000
SALARIES FOR TEAM LEADERS: £30,000 - £40,000
There are absolutely fantastic commission structures in place which will guarantee consistent billers to take home very attractive OTEs.
