Senior Recruitment Consultant for new City division.
You will be working with Emily, focusing purely on the City office support sector.You will have the support of 3 highly talented resourcers who were previously successful consultants wth us over a 2-15 year period so know many of our cliets and the calibre we need. There are also 3 Business Development Managers who will help you grow your desk, athough the main responsibilty will be yours.
You will have the benefit of award winning marketing, imaginative client events and a warm supportive environment. The team are at the very top of their profession and a mix of great personalities. ( We benchmark ourselves against our competitors on a monthly basis and those girls are right at the very top)
Being in Bond Street should n't present a problem as candidates can test and register online, and you can always meet people in the City if necessary.
We celebrate success with anything from a trip to Gordon Ramsay's Maze ,for example, to a noisy laughter filled evening at our local Strada! In April 2008 we are all off to the South of France for a weekend to celebrate hitting our targets in 2007!
OTE £40-£70K+ +
