This is a diverse role, as Recruitment Consultant you will be assisting clients to recruit staff for job vacancies. Identifying their needs, evaluating & registering candidates, negotiating terms, developing & retaining new business are all integral to the position. You will be offered consistent training, if you require it, to include such competencies as, business development, taking and filling a booking, building and maintaining relationships.
Ideally we are searching for people who are confident and have some experience within a sales environment. You will be self-motivated, resilient, with a high level of personal integrity, and have the ability to negotiate, influence and think fast on your feet. In return you will receive a starting basic salary that will possibly rise three times in your first year. There is a generous commission package with potential total earnings pa of £65k+ after 2 years.
