We are the primary supplier of staff to our client which was established in 1999 and is a leading name in the provision of Middle to Senior management staff within the Call Centre Industry.
They are currently recruiting staff to compliment their middle management desk which places team leaders and supervisors (salaries to £40k) and to their executive desk which places senior managers to CEO level (salaries to £140k).
Many of their clients are blue-chip and a vast majority listed on the FTSE 100 index.
They operate from newly refurbished offices and offer a fantastic working environment.
As well as having a very friendly and dynamic team in place, the company has a structured hierarchy which incorporates a vast amount of recruitment knowledge and experience which is always made available to staff in order to assist in making them succeed.
There is an excellent uncapped commission structure in place which peaks at 20% with no threshold. There are quarterly and annual bonuses available (all of which are wholly achievable) and they also operate a fantastic incentive scheme each year with trips away (last year, 4 days in New York) fully paid for.
Salaries will be in the region of £25,000 plus excellent commission.
