You will manage your own business within the construction, engineering or property sectors. Your business will require you to successfully generate relationships with candidates and clients at various levels.
Skills Required:
You will have strong candidate and client management skills and will need to create and implement business plans and strategy. You will be receptive to new ideas and advanced recruitment methodology.

Benefits:
Experienced consultants can expect uncapped commission and benefits, with expected earnings of £30,000 to £45,000 in the first year.
