We are currently looking for an enthusiastic receptionist with previous experience, and a forward thinking attitude who has exceptional communication and guest relations skills.
A good command of the English language is essential to be able to converse with customers on all levels.
You are one of the first and last faces our customers see, so we rely on you to make a lasting impression.
Smart and friendly with a sparkling personality is a most.
Your main duties will include:
• Set-up and close down of the Reception
• Welcome Guests/Customers
• Informing regular and new customers of any promotions and dance vouchers
• Attending the cloak room
• Entry and Dance Voucher sales
• Manning the telephone
• VIP bookings / Stag booking/ Dance School bookings
• Co-ordinating with front door on entries
• Maintaining the up keep of the reception and lobby areas
Knowledge of computer till systems and PDQ machines is an advantage.
Immediate start for the right candidate.
Monday to Saturday 9pm-3am, Thursday to Saturday 9pm-4am.
£6ph with performance bonus.
