A well known global publishing company is in search for a Personal Assistant to provide temporary support to the Managing Director in the Brands and Licensing Division.
You are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a PA role, as your role will involve a lot of diary management, international and national travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and taking minutes, along with any other administration requirements required of you by the Managing Director.
We require someone who has the energy and enthusiasm to be successful in this role. And at the same time, you must have solid administration skills – excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise work load. Your IT literacy must be strong, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Even though this role is temporary, it will definitely open up a lot of other opportunities for the right candidate.
