We are an expanding team based in West London with a large network of external associates, looking for a PA / Administrator with a minimum of 6 months experience. This position will be temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Diary management
• Organising travel and accommodation
• Dealing with clients and associates via telephone and email
• Meeting and Greeting clients / visitors
• Managing training courses (dealing with enquiries, reserving places, booking rooms etc)
• Managing the delivery of online system to customers (training will be provided)
• Providing support for technical problems with the online system
• General office duties, such as printing, binding, photocopying, filing, stationary orders etc.
The suitable candidate will need to have experience with and be confident in using the following:
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
