Our client, for a fast paced International Publishing and Events company, located near the city has an opportunity for an organised, versatile Part time PA (20 hours a week) to join their team. Supporting the Director of Marketing, you role will include
- Diary Management, including organising travel and meetings both internationally and domestic
- Basic accounts administration, invoices, expenses etc...
- HR Administration
- Organising training sessions
- Project work
- General adhoc duties
To be successful in this role, you must be highly organised, diligent, have a high standard of written english, advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, a good attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role. You must also be available immediately for interview.
