Hudson’s Workforce Solutions team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take on a role within the Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing first line support to Hudson’s on-site recruitment teams across the UK & Europe, specifically supporting the recruitment process and recruitment technology for each site. This role is key to ensuring that once an on-site has been established, we continue to provide ‘best practice’ recruitment solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining and reviewing on-site processes with the On-Site Managers to ensure Hudson complies with current UK and Europe regulations
-Ad hoc projects for the onsite teams e.g. salary benchmarking
-Raising New Starter documentation and ensuring the appropriate stages of the new starter cycle are followed (RTH/RTO’s)
-Ensuring all new starters are set up with equipment and booked onto appropriate induction and training sessions
-Arranging all on-site team members travel and keeping a detailed log
-Collating holiday/sickness forms and updating the internal HR database
-Running of reports from HR database as and when required
-Monthly Credit Card logs
-Arranging any necessary training for all staff within the division
-Raising changes form for on-site staff and leavers forms for any team leavers
-Collation of contractor timesheets for the monthly payroll of a key client
-Providing support to the Workforce Solutions Head of Business and Director on a day-to-day basis to ensure that all queries are answered and the on-site teams are supported + Diary Management?
-Contract generation for new employees for a key client.
Skills and Experience Required:
-Experience within recruitment or HR
-Advanced level in Microsoft office packages
-Articulate, with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships at all levels
-Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
As this role provides support to multiple on-site teams, the successful candidate must be prepared to travel throughout the UK and will be based on a client site in central London for several hours 3 days per week, to support the HR function.
