As a Junior Lettings Negotiator at Chase De Vani you will be the first point of contact, meeting and greeting new customers in a friendly and helpful manner. The right candidate will be self motivated, enjoying working in a target driven office and enjoy the competitive buzz of working in property.
You will be in and out of the office during the day on viewings with prospective tenants at properties. You will engage in arranging tenancies at properties including all necessary paperwork and processes, to include obtaining offers for properties, negotiating with clients and tenants to secure the tenancy.
It will be your job to facilitating the referencing of the applicants and the smooth running of the deal up to contract signing and move in, whilst maintaining frequent communication with all parties during the process.
You will be trained in all aspects of the job and will share in the success of this highly respected company.
Previous experience in lettings negotiation is essential and excellent communication skills; you must be smart and presentable at all times.
All applicants must have the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Successful candidates must have a fluent level of spoken and written English and the ability to provide work / education references to cover the last two years.
Applicants need to be located in or near Kilburn or within reasonable commuting distance. Local area knowledge would be ideal.
You must hold a Full UK Driving License and own a car. It is preferable that you can start immediately.

Job Outline:
•Showing prospective applicants properties on behalf of our Clients
•Negotiating offers received
•Completing bookings and collecting applicant references
•Processing initial holding deposits
•Co-ordinating the administration and check-in procedures
•Canvassing and introducing new business

Remuneration:
OTE - £30k P/A (Basic of £10k)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm
Saturday: 10am – 3pm
