HR Systems Administrator required for a leading housing association within London to fully utilise the HR Information System (HRIS) and provide management information and reports to inform and support HR initiatives and activities; plus undertake HR systems project work.
Key Duties:
* To provide reporting services including regular and ad-hoc management information reporting to the HR team, business and external clients / service providers.
* To provide a systems administration service on the HRIS and AHP (absence management) systems under guidance from the HR systems and projects advisor.
* To provide data quality assurance on all HR related systems.
* Assist the HR team with data cleansing and other system related
Applying candidates will require:
Essential:
* Good analytical skills.
* Experience of Microsoft packages specifically: MS Excel (Advanced), MS Access (Intermediate). Need to be able to us V-Look Up & Pivot Tables
* Database reporting experience preferably with Cognos Impromptu
Experience of HR or Finance administration.
* High quality communicator in any media.
* Proven ability to work under pressure/to short deadlines.
Desirable:
* Project management skills.
* HR systems reporting experience
