HR Officer – Expanding Restaurant Group, London
Office in Central London
Salary Package £20,000 – 25,000 depending on experience

The Role:
• Reporting to HR Manager
• Responsible for all HR Admin, policies and procedures – including setting these up
• Payroll, sick leave etc.
• Developing the role and eventually taking over more responsibility for recruitment and generalist HR issues
• Overseeing statutory training
• Producing HR reports (turnover, retention etc.)
The Person:
• HR experience from a restaurant point of view is a plus
• Should be lively, outgoing and able to think on your feet!
• Ideally has or is working towards CIPD
• Must be organised, well-presented and approachable
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Should love to organise and administrate!
