The Company:
Our client, a large telecommunications company, is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent fluent in German (French or Dutch advantageous). The position will be based in their North West London office.
The Role:
The role responsibilities:
- To take incoming customer calls and accurately input data, achieving the agreed service level targets;
- To correctly identify customer needs, acting as a consultant;
- To obtain detailed knowledge of the reservations system and associated manual procedures;
- To set a professional example, ensuring the needs of customers and the team are excellently serviced at all times.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be completely fluent in German.
It is essential to have a professional approach, excellent communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding service to customers. PC literacy is MS office is also required.
Salary/Additional Information:
The starting salary for the role will be around £15,400 + £1,000 supplement per each following language French or Dutch. Basic salary is generally reviewed after 3 months. The package also includes excellent benefits such as pension, healthcare, subsidised gym membership, life insurance etc. The working hours for the role are shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
