We are looking to employ an experienced lettings negotiator.
We are a large, independent estate agent with five offices covering North, Central and East London. The location for this position is in Clerkenwell, EC1.
You will need to have at least 6 months experience working in a similar position. The right applicant is a good time-keeper with excellent interpersonal and professional skills, capable of working as part of a busy team. You will also be excellent with figures, have a good telephone manner and be motivated to succeed in a competitive marketplace. You will have good IT skills and a clean driving licence. The salary for this position is £12,000 - £16,000 dependent on age and experience whilst total on target earnings will be in excess of £30,000PA and is not capped.
