Recruitment Consultant in Education
This is not a 9 to 5 job. Our offices are open from 7am until 6pm and we pride ourselves for being there for our clients. There will be shift patterns in each office to ensure these hours are covered.
People who have found success in these roles have come from a variety of backgrounds, including: Sales, Account Management, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Insurance, Banking as well as graduate recruits.
The role involves calling clients and winning new business, registering suitable candidates, matching available candidates to vacant positions and building/developing strong relationships with both candidates and clients. This is a targeted working environment and you will need to be flexible and professional at all times.
Our ideal candidates are confident and able to engage with key decision makers in education and be comfortable in talking to customers on the phone or face to face. You will ideally have recruitment experience, a good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, be able to work in a fast paced organisation, be resilient and open to ongoing change, and have high personal and professional standards with a strong personal drive and discipline.
