We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a major food retailer as a Deputy Manager .This is an exciting role for anyone with a food service or retail management background.
The Client is a market-leading global brand, who are looking for deputy managers to help run their successful food service restaurants. Key responsibilities of the role include;
• Training, developing and motivating your team
• Excellent customer service
• Good knowledge of Profit and Loss
• Delivering and exceeding KPI's
• Developing marketing campaigns with the local community
• Remaining fully aware of and compliant with all of the company policies and procedures to include stock control, cash handling and health and safety.
The ideal candidate should possess the following background and skills:
• A background in restaurant or retail management
• Able to absorb product knowledge on a continuous basis.
• A confident and effective communicator.
• At ease with a wide range of individuals, someone who enjoys differing personalities and values people.
In return our client will offer you a competitive salary of between £16k-£18k per annum plus an achievable bonus scheme of up to 15%. You can also expect a clearly defined career and plan to suit you. Other benefits include pension scheme and discounts.
