Morgan Spencer are currently looking to recruit a Data Integrity Officer for one of our
biggest clients based in Farringdon, London.
Our client, a Housing association are currently looking to fill the position due to a
member of staff leaving.
The role is an on-going temporary position and would suit a
working holiday maker or a candidate looking to fill in the gap on his/ her CV.
Pay £12 PH
Duties to include:
• Ensure that data held in Operation’s main databases is accurate, consistent and relevant.
• Design and produce reports to identify gaps and inconsistencies in the data held.
• Where gaps, inconsistencies and inaccuracies are identified, plan correction projects in liaison with staff responsible for inputting and ensure the data is collected/corrected within agreed timescales.
• Manage the process for the clean up of data within specific databases.
• Ensure that all data is secure and accessible to authorised users.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are in place to facilitate effective data flow.
• Review and implement manual and electronic input forms.
• Audit and report on CORE and other data input.
• Audit compliance with Business processes
• Provide occasional training and briefing notes to ensure all relevant staff are aware of their responsibilities to ensure Operation’s main databases are accurate and up to date
Purpose of Post:
To ensure that the data held on Operational systems is accurate, correct and promptly
added/removed in line with the Group’s data policies and Data Protection legislation. To
audit and check compliance with business processes, and provide support to the Policy
and Service Improvement team.
Ideal candidates should be able to show the following skills:
• Knowledge of data and information needs relating to housing management and maintenance services
• Experience of designing and building simple databases, and running queries in a tool such as Microsoft Access
• Experience of importing and exporting data between databases
• Experience of developing policies and procedures and/or conducting process reviews
• Knowledge of the main principles of the Data Protection Act
