Our company is a fast growing multi-channel retailer/wholsaler (ecommerce and mail order) specialising in bathroom products & accessories. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team to assist with product entry and research. The role also includes day-to-day office work.
Hours of work: Mondays to Friday. 9am to 5pm. Based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Pay in the region of £15000pa depending on experience.
Tasks include:
Data Entry;
Liasing with suppliers;
Updating our highly succesful website with new products;
Maintenance of our website (no experience required in IT)
Taking telephone orders;
Processing orders;
Liasing with customers;
Successful Candidates will require:
-Excellent customer service skills and face-to-face/telephone manner
-Experience with the internet (full training offered)
-Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
-Ability to work efficiently, on your own initiative and with high levels of accuracy
-English and basic Maths essential
-Must hold a valid UK work permit
