My client, a international retail company has a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Support manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team as well as delivering personalized customer service. This team offers a first class service to customers who have enquiries or returned goods which they have purchased in the airport or abroad.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with managing a team within a customer services environment.

Duties include:
• Provide customer support to all customer contacting the team.
• Manage the Database and other office application to produce various functional reports, information and business recommendations for continuous cost and service improvement.
• Use of customer feedback of service as Continuous Improvement measure.
• Staff management and development
• Recruitment
• Seek out development opportunities
• Manage agreed level of security checks on payments made
