Customer Services Agent

We are a rapidly expanding healthcare company based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. Your role within the company will be a very important one as your attention to detail will ensure that our clients’ ongoing relationship is a positive experience.

Essentially the work hours will be 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Candidates will be required to:

Manage relationships with the clients
-act as the point of contact with the client to communicate any developments in products.
-answer any incoming queries in a customer-friendly, timely and professional manner, applying problem-solving skills.
-to provide guidance, refresh knowledge and resolve problems in utilising and optimising the interface system.

Data Management:
- Input customer sales orders.
- Maintain our customer database.

General Office duties
-Ordering office stationary.
-Manage all paper mail / courier requirements
-Sample distribution.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must possess an excellent telephone manner and must be highly customer focused. Good PC literacy and the ability to work unsupervised will be required. Experience in MSOffice and Sage packages would be desirable. Previous customer service experience would be a good advantage although not essential. The successful candidate would have a passion for helping clients and be able to multi task. They must also have attention to detail, good work history, can work under pressure, keep to deadlines and ensure that their work is at all times accurate.

All potential candidates may also be required to undertake a PC literacy test and a profile test to help us find the most appropriate person to join our team.

Please note that this position is office based and your interaction with client will be phone and email based.

Annual Salary of £16,000 to £18,000 depending on experience of candidate.
