ROLE:
Due to expansion/acquisition they are currently looking for people to join their Sales Support/Contract teams. These two teams administer our client's sales and service orders and contracts. One provide centralised support for the sales force with the key objective of ensuring all business conducted by the sales force is project managed through to completion. The other team manages all aspects of their customers' service contract life cycle and ensures accurate and timely invoicing.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Good experience in a customer service role where you project managed issues through to resolution.
b) Confident and assertive with excellent people management skills.
c) Process driven with excellent time management and numeracy skills.
d) Thrive under pressure and work well within a team.
e) Good IT knowledge with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous experience in invoice or order management/sales support/project management roles is ideal.
