Working in the customer service team you will maintain and develop effective working relationships with our customer base, ensuring a high standard of service in line with business and customer expectations.
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent you may have experience within either a customer service or sales role demonstrating the ability to develop balanced, effective and beneficial working relationships with customers and internal colleagues. Experience within a manufacturing environment is ideal. You will be PC literate and be able to demonstrate the ability to problem solve. As a proactive team player you will maximize on commercial opportunities, contributing to the continued success of the team.
