Superb opportunity has arisen for an enthusiast and motivated individual with a passion to work in enthusiastic sales/customer management team
The role also involves the account management for the newly signed clients and existing ones. You will be offering advice on time sheets, BACS, PAYE, Holiday Pay, Tax and a wide range of other queries while providing excellent customer service.
Duties in this role will involve:
• As an individual you will need an excellent telephone manner
• Informing new clients of our service and partly registering them straight away on the phone
• Provide a high level of Customer Care to new and old clients.
• Take inbound calls from customers with queries regarding payment, time sheets, holiday pay, tax and a wide range of other issues
• Handling all queries or complaints professionally while providing an excellent level of service
• Completing all associated administration
