Our client, a leading Global provider investment products, requires an administration assistant to join their Executive Compensation team. The successful candidate will be required to assist the team in providing and maintaining the best service to participants across all compensation programs.
Responsibilities will be as follows:
Administration
* Issue and distribute compensation documentation to program participants
* Create and maintain filing systems
* Diary management including organising meeting and travel arrangements
* Process expense claims and reconcile the respective account
* Deal with requests from participants for statements etc.
* Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports
* Prepare various reconciliations
* Identification of areas for improvement and increased efficiency in the running of the function
Data Entry
* Maintain financial data using spreadsheets or other systems to track all operations and investments, including:
o Keeping MS Money up to date
o Keeping compensation program statements updated
o Updating Retention Engine database
This role is ideal for a numerate individual who has developed advanced Excel Skills, ideally within a financial services environment. High levels of accuracy are essential as well as an ability to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate will also be computer literate and be able to use Word and PowerPoint with confidence.
