A leading training company is looking for experienced trainers to come and join their friendly team in High Wycombe.
This role is key to the success of the programme. You will interact with groups of learners in a one to one and group setting. Using your strong people skills you will build their esteem and motivate them to improve their prospects.
As part of this role you will be expected to create LDPs, progress reviews and lesson plans so you should have a background in delivery. Most importantly you should be able to engage people by building trust and through soft skills training. This is a varied and busy role so you will be required to multi task.
