1. Purpose of the Job:
To provide administrational support on all aspects of the npower campaign.
To provide reporting on key areas within the campaign to Campaign Manager / General Manger
2.Key Responsibilities:
Aid in the service provided to external marketing companies through the successful completion of campaign critical tasks.
Update Marketing Company sales/application figures
Manage the uploading of sales contract information into database
Provide daily sales reporting back to key dependants
Stock Manage the stock order process between the MC and Client
Stock Manage in house kept Stock process between the MC and Appco
Manage MC contact details, including updating of information
Approving FR application forms sent in from external MCs
Marking of product training tests
Financial Reporting To include piece balancing (daily & weekly), CCR Reports (Sales, fails, headcount)
Badging Reporting To include CCR Reports (applications results, pass versus fail rates)
Handling daily badging & processing queries from Marketing companies
Daily Memos Managing the daily processes
Act as back up to territory ordering process
Providing support to other parts of the team when required
3.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:
Should have experience in a busy office environment
Educated to a GCSE level/A level or above with certificates in English & Maths
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word, Access and PowerPoint, Previous experience with databases
Self started with the ability to work unsupervised
Excellent organisational skills, creative minded, attention to detail
Logical thinker with initiative
Must be a problem solver and negotiator, able to offer solutions
Able to manage projects from inception to launch
The ability to adapt quickly to change and learn practises in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be a strong team player
To offer support & assistance to all members of the team
Professional presentation both physical and verbally
Friendly, approachable nature
4 Normal Hours of Work:
Normal hours of work for employees are 9:00 am 5:30 pm
Additional hours may be required as determined by manager
