Modis Digital specialise exclusively in Permanent appointments to:
· FTSE 500 clients
· Digital, Interactive, Advertising and Marketing Agencies
· Other diverse clients
You will not be required to generate any business with clients in this role; the function of the role is a supportive one whereby your focus will be to locate and resource digital talent. Full training given. You will interview these candidates in person and over the telephone. Our Consultant will fully supervise and assist you in learning the appropriate techniques applicable; in terms of what candidates to locate, how to locate them, and what to discuss with them.
We seek candidates with the following characteristics.
· Graduate calibre, although no qualifications are required
· Possess excellent written and spoken English
· Strong listening and empathising ability
· Interested in people and their life story
· Familiar with Microsoft Office, although training is available
· Hard working, motivated and determined
· Focused and ambitious
· Methodical and mature in outlook
· Able to work unsupervised when required
· Located within a reasonable commute of our London EC4 office
An option to move to Consultant status is available for you, should that be your ultimate goal. This could take effect in as little as six months depending on your performance and potential. Or you can stay at this level should you so wish. A structured career path is available leading to Principal Consultant status and then into Management and Executive positions.
