Creative services available in London, Berkshire, East Anglia, Edinburgh
They handle around 1000 new property instructions every month mainly in the London area.
The photographers shoot around 70,000 photographs annually
The company produce 7m sq ft. of floor plans annually.
Their Webdadi software is licensed to over 100 agencies and more than 400 estate agency outlets.

The Role:

Due to company expansion and growth the company is looking to develop their business even further by establishing their Sales department. They are looking for people who are proactive, able to use their own initiative and have the skills and ability to approach target clients and expand the existing client base.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for a number of small-medium sized accounts.
Point of contact for customers
Meeting clients face-to-face to present products and build relationships with clients
Actively build relationships with customers
Some responsibility for outbound sales development and opportunities
To ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints
Develop a good knowledge and understanding of products provided and professional property photography, floor plans, & estate agent software solutions offered.
To maintain knowledge of and report on new developments in the market place.
Proactively sell to new and existing customers
Achieve and exceed Sales targets

About the Person:

To be proactive, driven and target orientated
Hands on experience within a sales environment
Able to demonstrate a clear sales ability
To be commercially aware
Good IT skills
Proven track record of delivering against targets
Drive and commitment to deliver
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work as well as a team and comfortable to work effectively in an office of 30 people
