We are a small but rapidly expanding online 'commercial' property lettings company.

What the job involves:-
1) No cold calling, but following up on leads that may be interested in our service
2) Finding properties for clients via our sources
3) Arranging for clients to view premises and accompanying the viewing in
central London.
4) negotiating deals for clients
Feedback on viewings and property details can be recorded/sent using our online database. Occasional use of Microsoft
Outlook is also required. You will also be given previous enquiries to help bump up future commission.
What we are looking for:-
We are looking for people who have sales experience or customer service experience who possess a positive and hard working ethic.
Candidates should have a good customer care attitude as the service we provide is also helpful and friendly.
Candidates also need to be articulate, solution orientated and have a positive work attitude and have a desire to learn or improve
their sales tactics.
Other important attributes that we are looking for:-
* Good time keeping.
* Candidates who are target or money driven.
* Basic Computer knowledge.
* Well spoken and articulate with a good understanding of English.
* Good enthusiasm in general.
* Ability to engage people on phone and build relationships.
* Willingness to improve their sales skills
