CAPITAL RING URGENTLY REQUIRES FOLLOWING TRAINEE/EXPERIENCED LETTINGS/SALES NEGOTIATOR
TO WORK IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
CITY BRANCH OR KENNINGTON BRANCH - TO BE CONFIRMED
The successful candidate will be ambitious and motivated with good communication and organisational skills and a professional telephone manner. A good basic salary, commission, bonus and company car will be awarded to the successful candidate. Knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
ROLES WILL INCLUDE VALUATIONS, CANVASSING, VIEWINGS, AND COLLECTING THE DEPOSITS – ALL OHTHER PAPERWORK WILL BE HANDELED BY OUR COMPLETIONS DEPARTMENT.
